Pop & Bang Tuning

Also known as crackle mapping or burble tuning, Pop & Bang is a performance remap that modifies ECU fuel cut and ignition timing to produce sharp pops and crackles during deceleration or gear shifts. It delivers a sporty, aggressive exhaust sound — loved by enthusiasts for its emotional impact and visual flair with performance exhausts.

Hard Rev Cut

Hard Rev Cut is a tuning feature that replaces the factory soft limiter with an aggressive, instantaneous RPM cut at the redline. Unlike the stock setup, which gently reduces power as you approach the rev limit, Hard Rev Cut allows full acceleration right up to the limiter — then cuts fuel or ignition sharply.

This results in a crisp and responsive rev limit, often preferred in motorsport or performance builds for more engaging driving. It also gives the driver better control over gear shifts and engine response at high RPMs.

AdBlue, FAP & EGR Delete

  • ❌ AdBlue Delete:
    Disables the SCR system and AdBlue fluid usage. Prevents dashboard errors, reduces maintenance costs, and avoids frequent refills.
  • ❌ FAP / DPF Delete:
    Removes diesel particulate filter (FAP/DPF) control logic to prevent clogging issues, regeneration faults, and restore full exhaust flow.
  • ❌ EGR Delete:
    Disables the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve, improving engine efficiency, reducing soot buildup, and preventing EGR-related breakdowns.

GPF / OPF Delete

GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) Delete is a tuning service that removes the restrictive gasoline filter found in modern petrol engines. This modification improves exhaust flow, enhances sound, and unlocks hidden performance, especially when paired with stage tuning or performance exhaust systems.

Lambda Delete / Catalyst Off

Lambda Removal & Catalyst Off Tuning improves performance by disabling oxygen sensors and removing catalytic converter logic in the ECU. This process is ideal for performance builds, track cars, or vehicles with exhaust upgrades.

What are Lambda Sensors? These oxygen sensors measure the air-fuel ratio in the exhaust gases. Deleting them stops ECU restrictions related to fuel trimming or post-cat diagnostics.

What is Catalyst Off? The catalytic converter reduces harmful emissions. In tuning, removing it frees up exhaust flow, reduces backpressure, and increases engine output. This must be done with care to avoid warning lights or limp mode.

Launch Control

Launch Control Tuning is designed to optimize acceleration from a standstill by controlling RPM, traction, and clutch engagement. It's a popular performance feature used in motorsport and high-performance vehicles to achieve faster and more consistent launches.

This feature limits engine RPM when the vehicle is stationary and the clutch is engaged, allowing the driver to release maximum power without excessive wheel spin or lag. Ideal for turbocharged and high-powered cars, Launch Control enhances off-the-line performance and driving thrill.

No-Lift Shift (NLS) – Faster Shifting for Manual Transmissions

No-Lift Shift (NLS) is an advanced tuning feature that allows the driver to keep the accelerator fully pressed during gear shifts in manual transmission cars. This eliminates the need to lift off the throttle while pressing the clutch, reducing shift times and maintaining turbo boost pressure.

With NLS tuning, drivers can enjoy seamless power delivery, quicker acceleration, and improved overall performance — especially during drag racing or spirited driving. The ECU controls ignition timing and fuel during clutch engagement, protecting the engine while delivering rapid shifts.

DTC OFF (Diagnostic Trouble Code Delete)

DTC OFF is a specialized ECU tuning service that permanently disables specific diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). This is useful when certain hardware is removed or modified (such as EGR, DPF, AdBlue, EVAP), and you want to prevent the ECU from logging fault codes or triggering warning lights.

Our DTC OFF service ensures clean operation of the ECU by removing targeted error codes without affecting overall system stability. This is ideal for racing, off-road builds, or vehicles with custom configurations.

Each file is manually customized to maintain performance and prevent unnecessary check engine lights related to deleted or modified systems.

Start/Stop OFF

Start/Stop OFF is a tuning modification that disables the automatic engine start-stop system found in modern vehicles. This system turns off the engine at idle (e.g., at traffic lights) to reduce emissions and save fuel.

While useful in theory, many drivers find it annoying or disruptive, especially in performance or city driving. By disabling the start-stop system via ECU reprogramming, the engine remains on continuously until manually shut off by the driver.

VMAX OFF (Speed Limiter Removal)

VMAX OFF is a tuning option that removes the vehicle's factory speed limiter. Most cars are electronically limited to a maximum speed to comply with regulations or protect components. Removing this limit unlocks the vehicle's full top-speed potential.
